About Dr. Irwin

Dr. Thomas M. Irwin (Dr. Tom) has spent more than four decades practicing veterinary medicine — including many years owning and running his own veterinary hospital, and currently serving as a Medical Director. Along the way, the part of the job he found most valuable wasn’t the procedures. It was the conversations: sitting down with a worried pet owner and making a complicated situation make sense.
TMI Veterinary Consulting exists to give pet owners and attorneys that same kind of attention — outside the time constraints of a normal appointment, and without replacing the relationship you already have with your treating veterinarian. It’s an additional, independent perspective when the path forward isn’t clear.
